Went to the front desk and asked about a buffet breakfast, but one of the managers rather than stopping what he was doing, carried, on but answered my question looking a the computer screen. Had to wait an age to get drinks at the bar, but no apologies for the delay, No plug in the bath, asked reception about this but had to ask later on, to get the plug. No toilet brush in the bathroom and no tissues 04 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service the staff were very welcoming on arrival and continued to be very helpful for the remainder of our stay. the room was very clean and tidy with good lighting and plenty of sockets, and the tv was good and easy to use. the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and extra bits if required, and the shower was very powerful with easy to use controls for temperature and direction. 04 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Below expectations We use IHG often but were disappointed on this occasion. If this had been our first visit ever then it is unlikely that we would return. We had phoned in advance to request two bath robes in the room but on arrival there were none. There wasn't a plug for the wash basin in the bathroom. The minibar had not been stocked with complimentary water etc. The room had not been cleaned to acceptable standard All our concerns were addressed quickly but there shouldn't have been any concerns in the first place. The restaurant staff needed to be prompted with a part of the meal order that was missing and the wine was priced way too high. Overall, definitely not value for money--particularly bearing in mind the cost of an Executive room 01 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed, too hot! The beds are extremely comfortable, but the room was just too hot. I was also overcharged for my stay which was sorted afterwards. I should have had a great night's sleep due to the comfort of the bed, but didn't because of the heat! 27 February 2015
