Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One Night in Executive Suite My stay was not as it should have been due to a TV having signal issues and was not watchable. Also there werre no paper tissues in the bathroom. My stay was one night so not the end of the world, but for the money definatately not good value. 24 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly Maintained and Tired Disappointed with the experience. This hotel is tired and an attempt has been made to update but it was only a coat of paint. Uncomfy bed, mouldy shower curtain and dust covering the extractor fan to name but a few issues. 19 November 2014

They won't change breakfast menu, I was tired to eat same thing everyday. Also cleanliness of the room is not upto the mark. I have checkout the hotel on 28th October. After the checkout, I have asked to credit the rewards points of 15 days to my account. I got the asnwer that can't be credited as I have checkout, system won't allow. Logically at the time of checkout receptionist should have asked if they have such constraint in their system. She didn't ask and I lost my rewards point, very disappointed :( 07 November 2014
