Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by good location Stayed at this location for a couple of days in October for business. Location is great, you could walk to a lot of food options in the vicinity. Service from the hotel staff was great except for one of the staff members at the Bar. I wanted to make use of the free drink voucher which was given to me so I headed to the bar. The bar tender was very welcoming at first but as soon as he learnt about the free voucher I wanted to make use of, his attitude changed completely. He spilled the beer rather than pouring it in at an angle, does not clean the mess nor apologizes and bangs the glass on the counter with beer still everywhere around the glass. no napkins or coasters offered and walks away to help the customers who had paid for their beers. Never ever staying again at this hotel. Many options around. 16 December 2014

Some of the rooms are starting to look a little dated but I say that with the caveat that the size of rooms and the beds themselves are wonderful and I, personally, wouldn't want that to change 14 December 2014
