Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Stay I visited this hotel for the purpose of visiting family during the Christmas holidays. I was very happy with the facilities offered and especially the spa and swimming pool were well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly and the kids always got a treat when they came through there. Thanks for everything. 03 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good value but had its problems We have stayed here several times before and value has never been an issue but we had some minor irritations this time round. The heating was playing up and though a radiator was brought to our room the plug was difficult to fit into the socket (child safety apparently) Breakfast was adequate but did not seem overly fresh which was a shame too All above said we did complain and got the car parking (for 2 days) waived so all in all not too bad 02 January 2015
