My wife and I stayed at a total of 5 hotels in North Wales and south Birmingham during this holiday and the Holiday Inn Leicester was the only one where we had to pay for this service. Smaller hotels provided this service free. May 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay from 7th April and Before The staff in Holiday Inn are very pleasant and willing to accomodate and help. The bar staff are exceptional and lively and always greeted with a smile. They remember their regular customers and go that extra mile. However, during breakfast for a couple of weeks Holiday Inn did not have an inventory of disposable cups so that we can take coffee away. This was not good at all as many of your business customers may need to take away coffee or tea if they need to depart early for business or other reasons. Surely, Holiday Inn must know they are running low on inventory and be aware that they need to replenish the stock? The key area of improvement need to be at your Checkout in and Checkout Desk, to read all the customer booking deatils before making incorrect statements to their customers when checking out as this does lead to furstration.
