Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall A Good Experience Stayed here for one night for an early flight. Room was clean which was the most important for me. The beds were comfortable and the shuttle service was on time. I did notice a few things regarding the quality of the contractor work from the last renovation such as the toilet was set on the floor crooked, the flange on the arm of the shower head did not fit against the wall properly, there was not enough caulking between the tub and shower walls, etc. The fan in the bathroom was not efficient enough which caused the bathroom to fill up with steam very quickly and the light in the fan was burned out. The water pressure in the shower was great! The furniture was in very good condition. I did not like that the coffee was set up to use in the bathroom. The noise level from the other rooms and the hallway was a bit loud and I had to turn on the heat/ac unit fan to run constantly to drown it out. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Freindly staff, clean comfortable room. I had a brief stay at the Holiday Inn BWI airport en route to a memorial, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. In the morning I had to connect with family at the airport, and was heading to the car rental, so the driver took me directly to the car rental rather than dropping me off at the airport to catch the shuttle to the car rental agency. I really appreciated this. 16 December 2014

Without question, I look forward to my trips to Baltimore because I know what a great night's sleep I will get! The beds are great, rooms are clean and spacious and they even have all the right items handy if I need anything. The staff is very intuitive to my needs, but I also see them often engaging others to ensure everyone's needs are being met. Keep up the great work:) 12 December 2014

Though we arrived at almost 0200, the staff was still awake, friendly and on top of our needs. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend for anyone traveling thru BWI / Baltimore area. 07 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, Spotty Shuttle Service The hotel is great, the room is great, the staff at the desk was great, the location was great as was the price. What wasn't great was the shuttle service. Going out was fine but coming back was NOT. Upon landing I telephoned the hotel to alert them of pickup to which they replied that the shuttle was just about to leave. We waited 25 minutes (less than 2 miles away) only to watch the shuttle zoom by us to the very end of the loading curbing which was no where near the A or B area which I mentioned on the phone. We ran up and around the walk only to have him pull out as we got there. There's no excuse for it, none. 05 December 2014
