Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, fab location I had a brief overnight stay with my mum and five year old daughter. The hotel is brilliantly located, sixty seconds from Russell Sq tube station. The rooms were nicely appointed and the sofa bed was made up for our arrival...and it was surprisingly comfortable too. Breakfast was brilliant with a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Special thanks to Gary the concierge who made such a fuss of my little girl, lovely guy Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be top of my list for out next visit 28 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff- especially Maria on Reception I thought all the staff- in the bar, cleaners and on reception were very good. In particular Maria on reception was friendly, efficient & informative giving us a great start to the stay. Rooms are functional clean & cosy - maybe a tad smaller than standard Premier Inns. Free wifi for rewards members too is very useful. Hotel is in a good spot with great pub across the road & 2 mins from the excellent shopping centre. Walk to Euston too in under 15 minutes. 28 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT HOTEL I have just come back from a five-night stay in this hotel and can only warmly recommend it. Perfect location in very central London, with main line tube station round the corner and shops and "prêt à manger" just by the hotel when you don't want to eat out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with high quality mattresses. English breakfast is quite complete so that you can easily skip lunch if you want to make the most of your stay in the city! Staff was very helpful. I had no toothpaste (I had realized just before getting to the airport that mine was too large to be carried in my hand luggage!) and they immediately offered me some at no cost. Remember to register for IHG rewards club membership before you arrive, it is easily done on the internet free and enables you to have free access to the wifi in the hotel (only negative point : I don't understand why wifi is not free in ALL hotels nowadays - but then, I had registered beforehand so I can't complain :-) ) 28 January 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG sort your online booking out A couple of times now when booking more than one room at a time I have forgotten to change the default number of persons in room from 'one' to 'two' and when I turn up to check in reception try and charge me 'extra person fee'. PLEASE IHG set default to two persons to stop this happening. When booking the room was same price whether one or two persons stayed. Otherwise pleasant stay....disturbed sleep due to establishment across road emptying bottles in industrial bins several times in early hours. Bathroom could have been cleaner. 27 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel - good location. We checked in and was given a family room on the 3rd floor. I was recognised as a gold member and offered a free drink and newspaper. There was also water and a chocolate snack in the room. The hotel looks very nice. The bar and reception areas are excellent. Unfortunately the room was not very nice, the sofa bed did not fit properly and it looked cramped. We mentioned this to the staff who were very helpful. They upgraded us to a Executive room - and added a single bed. Although the Executive Room looked smaller, it was a better shape and did not feel as cramped. All the staff members we met were very helpful and polite. We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant, children eat free. There is lots of restuarant choice within a few minutes walk. The hotel also has a pub attached to it which shows football games. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and nothing went empty. The bar area is good, an good place to relax. There is lots to do nearby and Russel Square Train station within 2 minutes. This hotel is in a great location for exploring London. Overall I am very happy with this hotel.
