Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and staff From check in to departure, the staff were very helpful and accomodting. Gary was brilliant wiith directions and recommendations. He was able to make route changes because of fires and track repair that saved us time and trouble. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the tea was much appreciated. A great stay for myself and my 2 sisters and aunt. 17 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wie man sich Bettet Für meine Frau war das Bett zu hart und konnte nur sehr schlecht bis garnicht schalfen, auch nach dem nach der ersten Nacht noch eine weicher Topper hinzugefügt wurde. Am zweiten Tag wurde unser Zimmer erst um 16 Uhr gemacht und wir konnten nicht aufs Zimmer. 16 April 2015

The breakfast service was not up to scratch, plates were left on the table and we had to chase for our teas and coffees, the food was good although the service and quantity needs to be addressed. 16 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay We visit London usually once per year for a long weekend to see a show, visit attractions and meet up with friends. We have settled on the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury as our ideal choice. It is close to Euston station where we arrive, and very close to the Tube for getting around. It is in a pleasant location, with a lovelysmall shopping centre across the road with a good selection of casual dining. It is within reasonable walking distance of many of the theatres. The staff have always been lovely and the food is very good. 16 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Easter Break in London! The hotel is very well located near to Russell Square tube, so easy access into central London. The surroundings are pleasant and away from the busy, hectic noise of the City. We've stayed here before and we were not disappointed by our subsequent visit. The hotel is busy but the service is fantastic; nothing is too much trouble. Check in and out is quick, luggage can be stored after you've checked out in a secure area. Breakfast is very good. I required dietary changes and everything I needed was accommodated. A very comfortable, modern hotel with great Customer service. We will definitely be returning again! 16 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently good I stay here regularly during the year. Perfectly located for my personal business and leisure visits. Check in was swift, everything in the room worked, I was able to work and relax in comfort and peace and I was properly recognised as a Platinum member so I am happy. The only small issue for me with IHG hotel rooms in general is that trying to switch all the lights on is a bit like playing 3 dimensional chess! 11 April 2015
