Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor bathroom cleaning and Refrigerator Not supplied 1. Is insufficient to clean a lot of states in the bathroom - I did not clean it well done. 2. It does not provide in-room refrigerator was very uncomfortable. 3. Who provide free Wifi is a little uncomfortable it can be used to register the personal information. 4. Card key is the action you need to register a new desk every day is very uncomfortable. 20 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Second experience of this hotel I have to say that my second experience of this hotel was not quite as good as the first. This was not due to any of the staff who were always very friendly, helpful and professional. However, as I mentioned in my survey, there were not enough towels provided in the room for two people (and a chair had been removed), although I had booked a twin room for 2 adults. I was also disappointed in the evening meal in the restaurant compared to the one on my first stay. This does not mean that I will not visit again. 18 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service Checked in for a three day stay for our anniversary - aiming to see London sights we had missed out on over the years. We were upgraded to better room when staff found out reason for our stay and even gave us a glass of bubbly at breakfast on the day of the anniversary. All members of staff were excellent - reception, restaurant, cleaning. 18 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by O.K. But ...... Everything was O.K. but nothing was exceptional. The room was very clean but very small and the bed was awfully hard. The breakfast was disappointing and choice seemed to be rather lacking. The staff were very good as ever and the location right by Russell Square underground station was ideal. However, I would not recommend this hotel simply because I have stop at much better Holiday Inns in the past for this kind of money. 18 April 2015
