Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Midweek stress! Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, excellent central London prices. My experience was marred by a failure to correct a HI mistake. I booked direct 24 hrs early for a double room with cot. Checked in at 6pm and noticed there was no cot in the room. I reminded the front desk at 6:30pm, and it took an incredible 3 hours and two room moves to get sorted, whilst a very tearful baby got more and more distressed. Situation eventually calmed by a very professional night manager...if only he'd started work earlier! February 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 54 year old memories Our weekend at the hotel was an anniversary treat. The present hotel stands on the site of our honeymoon hotel, 54 years ago. The old Eversleigh Court Hotel was demolished to make room for the present Holiday Inn. Your Hotel was excellent in all regard. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. By the way, our honeymoon hotel charged us £15 for 5 nights. We still have the original bill. You can find a photo of the old Hotel on the web. Our thanks to you all and especially the breakfast staff who were busy busy bees. February 4, 2016
