The location is great, two minutes from Gloucester Road tube station, and within walking distance of The Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. We found all the staff vey welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. As a IHG member we had free wifi in our room, which worked very well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. 03 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location for a good price Excellent location, 1 minute walk from bus stop and 2 minutes from underground. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to check out on a Friday morning which is usually a busy time, but I could use the express check out as I had paid for my stay in advance and didn't use room service. I called the reception and they brought my invoice to my room. Thus my check out was very convenient, I just dropped the keys in the box in the reception as I left. The room was good, but the bathroom door was stuck and it wouldn't close, but as I was staying on my own I didn't mind. 03 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service We stayed five nights at this location. We had repeated problems with our room keys and an inability to get into our room. The staff was downright rude when we complained about the problem. They did not appear to care about their customer service skills or the experience of their hotel guests. In addition, our room was not cleaned even when we placed the placard on the door requesting a cleaning.In fact, the manger on duty was very nasty and argued with my husband when we complained about the repeated problem with keys and room cleaning. Hospitality is not a priority at this location!! I would not recommend this location if you expect quality service. 02 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Base for week in London We reserved the Hotel via British Airways deal and we were very happy with the price/quality of Hotel. Breakfast is excellent for the price and Hotel staff was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people visiting London even for a longer time than few days. Pub had nice atmosphere with good selection of beer and food. Location is perfect near metro station and Tesco. 02 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT LOCATION Staff were very attentive and service was very good. The twin room was very small and hardly enough space for two people. The biggest problem was the elevators. You had to wait sometimes more than 10 minutes. There are over 20 floors and when a travel group checks in it is difficult to get to your floor. 01 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favourite London hotel for business The hotel is always very clean and the staff extremely friendly. They always do their best to meet my needs (usually a fridge in my room) and the facilities like the gym and bar are excellent to make my stay more like being at home. Some of the rooms are better than others but on the whole a great hotel with an awesome breakfast included as well as room service brought with a smile :) The view from the upper floors is fantastic! 27 February 2015
