Hotel has pool facility too fabulous for the children , great location we would recommend and stay there in the future 16 April 2015

Family rooms a good size, bright enough, no external noise, beds comfy and temperature just right. Would use again. 15 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recomended! All staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was spotless ( and I'm very fussy where hygiene is concerned) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very accommodating in providing dinner quickly on the evening we were going to the theatre. I stayed with my husband and granddaughter and she loved the restaurant staff who were very attentive to a child's needs. Have recommended to all of my family and would definitely revisit this hotel. 13 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family Stay Overall we had a good stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is well located, about 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. The breakfast was fine and plentiful, although the breakfast room was extremely busy and the staff seemed under pressure to keep it clean and the buffet replenished. Our family room was nice, clean and quiet and our double bed was comfortable, however the sofa bed provided for our small children was very uncomfortable. There were springs easily felt through the mattress. After the first night we requested an extra duvet to use as a mattress topper and it was fine after that. I understand that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and at present it is quite dated, so could use this upgrade. However, we weren't disturbed by any work during our stay. The hotel is good value and a good base for exploring London. I would stay again. 13 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and comfortable room We stayed for 1 night, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11. The room had 2 double beds which was much appreciated by the children after a very busy day in London (usually the second bed is a flimsy sofa bed on the floor in other well known hotels in same price range). The breakfast was a self service buffet with everything you could wish for. Breakfast was included with room price and the kids ate free. Staff are friendly, professional and courteous. There was some refurbishment going on at the hotel during our stay but we wouldn't have even known about it had the staff not mentioned it. Approx 10 min walk from Kings Cross and on a regular bus route if you prefer not to walk. All in all a brilliant stay and we will definitely use again. 12 April 2015
