Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Refurbished rooms - a big improvemnt I am a regular visitor to this Hotel and I do benefit from regular upgrades to the newly refurbished rooms. These are well appointed, clean and tidy. However, I do miss the trouser press!! The management must be commended on the manner in which they are managing the refurbishments as there seems very little negative impact on us, the customers The staff are always friendly, welcoming and eager to please. A special mention for Tom, the restaurant Manager, he is clearly customer focused, friendly and professional. There are a number of alternative locations to stay in the area, I always have this as my first choice. I have not been let down or disappointed in the last 4 years August 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, great service and great staff Had a super 4 night stay here. The hotel is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk from Kings Cross station. The refurbished rooms on the upper floors are great and finished to a high standard. The bathrooms are good with a wonderful rainforest shower. All the staff I came into contact with couldn't do enough to help. The newly refurbished pool and spa is also very good and well worth the the daily fee to use. Overall, I had a great stay here and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel to anyone. August 27, 2015

Our room was on the seventh floor and very tastefully decorated. We had no noise to disturb our sleep.At breakfast there was everything you could wish for. An overall fabulous stay. August 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean hotel We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however we found the breakfast very expensive so only eat there once. If anyone is looking for how to reach the hotel from Kings Cross station get the number 63 bus from outside the station and you can return also to Kings Cross station for just a bit up the road from the hotel, as it is a bit of a walk otherwise with suitcases August 25, 2015
