The staff from check-in to room maid and the Handyman are courteous, friendly and professional. On this occasion, even the Chef and Assistants during breakfast went out of their way to meet our request. Well done every one and thank you. 21 November 2014

That said, great breakfast albeit a little busy, but expect that so close to LHR. Reception staff outstanding, best I've come across in a long time. 21 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Prior instructions for long term parking On the confirmation that includes the use of the long stay car park, there should be instructions that it is necessary to book in before you can access the long stay car park. So you should be instructed to park in the short stay by the entrance so that you can collect the swipe card from reception. My annoynace at having to go back to my car that I had parked in the first available space in the main car park, was made worse by not being advised by the receptionist that I was being given a swipe card, it was passed to me in a manner that suggested that the button on the keyring was a remote control devise and I had to return to the reception for clarification when I could not open the barrier. At least it was not raining! Otherwise a confortable stay. 20 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A pound an hour to park? - thanks, but I'll stay somewhere else now... Title says it all really - its quite a nice hotel, with friendly staff and nice modern, clean rooms. Food is typically HI, but as its full of airport travellers this is no great surprise. Alas, due to the policy to charge for parking (I paid £12 and stayed for less than 10 hours) I will now look elsewhere to stay - fair enough to charge for airport travellers parking for a few days, but for those using it as a "normal" hotel?? I know HI will probably say "oh well that's in line with the local hotels blah, blah, blah" ...................... 20 November 2014

As we hired a vehicle from a hire car company located at the hotel it was extremely convenient to be able to stay the last night at the hotel and sign out the vehicle in the morning. A shuttle bus dropped us off at our terminal so it all worked in well. As for value for money. We'd just driven the from London down to Cornwall travelling from village to village. The Holiday Inn Heathrow worked out to be one of the cheapest tidiest and modern hotels we stayed at. If we ever come back to the UK I will be sure to do the same again. Good valve and extremely convenient location for arrivals and departures. 18 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home from Home as usual I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year for 10 days or more at a time. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff are the best part of the hotel, they always go the extra mile to make sure that you are well cared for. Many of the rooms have recently been redecorated and although they are a bit 'minimalist' for me and lacked the storage I needed for such a long stay; they are spacious and kept to a good standard. I love the fact that the GM sits in reception with her door open and you are invited to drop in at any time - a true indication that she cares about the residents staying in her hotel. It goes without saying that a stay at the Holiday Inn wouldn't be the same without Carole and Josie in the breakfast room and Toni on reception. There are many other great employees but unfortunately I didn't take the time to recall all the names. Thanks for another great stay- see you in March! 18 November 2014

I was impressed by the service oriented attitude of the staff at the Hotel. 17 November 2014
