Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude reception supervisor Overall this hotel is fairly good. But last time I was there they had problems with maestro card. I always use the same card in the other ihg hotels. Now I was told they don't take that card at all. Which is simply not true. Then the supervisor comes and tells the receptionist in front of me that she would never have taken my card... I expressed that I found this all fairly uncomfortable. She said it wasn't her problem it was their accounts payables department fault... How unprofessional can one get. I asked who the supervisor was.. It was herself she said. If I had any problems with that. If I can avoid this hotel I will. 29 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room charge I was charged with a very high amount for an adapter, without anyone update me that I will be charged for it. It is very high amount for one night's use of an adapter (three times the amount it would cost to purchase this device in the store), and if I had been told that it will cost money, and this is not a service provided by the hotel, I would not have taken it. 29 March 2015

YOUR RECEPTION STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY INFORMATIVE, THEY EXPLAINED WHERE I COULD PARK MY CAR, OUR ROOM HAD EVERY FACILITY THAT ONE COULD WISH FOR. WE HAD AN EXCELLENT NIGHTS SLEEP FOLLOWING A MEAL IN YOUR RESTAURANT. THE BUS THAT TOOK US TO HEATHROW TERMINAL 4 WAS ON TIME 28 March 2015
