Efficient and quiet A/C. All staff efficient yet very friendly manner , couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. All in all I would highly recommend and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. 16 April 2015

Rooms, food, environment, are all quality. The training must be exceptional as all staff are not only polite but are genuine with their approach and comes across sincere. If you dial for room service 'Mohammed' is a credit to the company, after staying in the hotel for a number of weeks his consistent and natural approach wins hands down every time….. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service After a long day at work it's great to arrive at the hotel where Alana is at the priority check in desk, she recognises me tells me I have a bath robe in my room waiting for me, hands over a voucher for points and my key card all with in 20 seconds it's a great welcome and customer service from a smiley Alana. Eat in the Chinese restaurant again really good service along with really tasty food. 12 April 2015

We will especially remember the friendly and helpful attitude of all staff, including the woman who made up our room. Unfortunately we may not return because our experience with Green Motion car rental, based at he hotel was NOT acceptable, both at the beginning and the end of our trip. 11 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming hotel When returning to this hotel, I feel very welcomed and valued as an IHG member. The staff are always friendly and they greet me by name. It has a family atmosphere and they will always do their very best to meet your needs. Room service is a fantastic service and they are always keen to accommodate my choices even if not on menu. Concierge is efficient and always ready to help. Restaurant and bar staff get to know my preferences and willingly pre-empt my needs. Travelling gets tough sometimes however the staff at this hotel make it easier. 07 April 2015
