first : i make 3 booking , hotel must add 500 point evry stay , but he mis that ,
I found expired drink from the minibar, and told the duty manager, apologized for it, and he promised me to deduct the amount of the invoice when I get out. In the next day and found a dirty towel, and did not care for that one. When I check out of the hotel, no cancellation any amount of the invoice as promised, I took for check out more than an hour, where the hotel wanted to calculate the free night and wanted me to pay tonight.( Hotel mistake about my reservation ) When i contact customer service ambassador, has been helping immediately and call the hotel and resolve the problem, if no connection Ambassador customer service, I do not know what was going to happen. The hotel also has forgotten the gift add 500 points per stay, total 1500 points.
, the manager on duty did not fulfill the promise, to deduct the amount of the invoice. check out of the hotel on the date of 12, causing a big problem for me to attend the delay in the airport hotel and did not apologize for the delay and did not even hotel offers car anastomotic for the airport,,,
After all that has happened, I have not received any apology from the hotel for what happened,,,

I was surprised to find such a nice Hotel in this area, as so often Hotels are quite poor.
