We stayed at this hotel between the 20th and 23rd November. It was a good choice. Very well located with moat attractions easily accessible on foot. Located just off Regents Street it's about 400m from Oxford Street and the streets were fairly quiet. There is a good range of pubs and restaurants nearby. It's about a 700m walk to Euston.
The rooms are a good size, have decent showers, a working fridge and excellent blackout curtains. The hotel has a decent bar.

Staff at reception were very helpful. In particular, Roza Piotrowska was very efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are small but this is expected in this part of London. Some noise from other guests returning late in the night.

Not very welcoming and not friendly staff at the reception.
Room very small. Very small toilet, bath was old. Shower curtain was dirty - it was not clean in the detail. Bed not comfortable .
The entire room did not feel clean and comfortable.

Small room, even smaller bathroom. Paper thin walls so that I could hear the next door guest get up for the loo every hour and a half...woke up tired and cranky.....not great for the price

The staff at this Holiday Inn are the most friendly and attentive I have ever encountered. It is a pleasure to visit.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Holiday Inn Regent's Park
We used the Holiday Inn at Regent's Park on the Saturday night of our stay in London, having spent the previous night at their sister Hotel in Camden Lock after our original booking with another apartment company let us down.
All the staff at both hotels were exemplary, very friendly and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff who would stop to say good morning.
The Regent's Park hotel is a little older and was less well placed for our visit, which was primarily to the Camden area for shows at the Roundhouse. We were only able to book a twin room due to the lateness of our booking, which was slightly less comfortable than the double we'd had the night before. The hotel wifi was a bit patchy for central London and the bathroom was cosy but for the price we paid it was satisfactory and very convenient for exploring the area around Tottenham Court Road and Kings Cross the following day.

Always a pleasure to stay at a hotel with such nice staff and a good atmosphere. The location is within a short walk of 3 tube stations and is tucked away quietly.
The concierge gentleman was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast though busy with guests was well stocked by the chefs and of the usual IHG decent standard.
The only area that IHG need to keep and eye on is bed quality; they need to make sure that their offering is up with the very best!

This is a great location for a West End break. It is close to the shops and theatres, but Fitzrovia still retains a village like ambience. The staff are superb and everyone is keen for you to enjoy your stay. Breakfast is excellent; even when busy the buffet is kept fresh and well stocked.
