Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just OK Beds were too soft - I had backache during my stay. I had an issue with the mini fridge which was never resolved. The room was too cold. Room service options are limited and don't taste great. The stay was OK if you want a bed for the night and that's all. 17 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent food and Staff very helpful Location: quite a walk to main shopping but plenty of taxis around Food and relevant staff, first class. Especially the chef, we were delighted to meet, and our main waitress Eva. Room: not large but adequate and no noise coming from street below. Handle to toilet in bathroom needs some attention, due to age and use. Will be pleased to stay here again. 17 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Bathroom not brilliant Nice clean room, well equipped, but the bathroom's shower and bath pressure wasn't good. Otherwise fine, but after a long day working, I was looking forward to a nice , relaxing bath, but after 7 minutes it had hardly filled and when I attempted to shower the next day, the pressure was so low that it took an eternity to remove my shampoo! 17 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Convenient location in London The location couldn't be better. The subway is less than five minutes away from the hotel and the three lines met my needs to Liverpool street. Furthermore, being at the Regent's Park surroundings, it is indeed a tremendous plus as you can walk in the park and enjoy fresh air. You can experience a variety of ethnic food as there are several interesting places to visit. In less than fifteen minutes you are in Oxford street and Regent street, two interesting destinations to go. In London, that is my favorite location to stay, either in business or leisure. 16 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Overnight stay Upon given my key card, I went to use the lift. The doors closed and remained closed despite my pressing the buttons to each floor. When I pressed the alarm bell, I was told that someone would come to me. I am terrified of being stuck in a lift so it seemed like an age till someone opened the doors. They then informed me that I have to press my key card against the button in the lift to operate it. What a crazy system which I have never seen before. It should have been explained much clearly when checking in at the reception. I might add that on 2 further occasions the lift did not operate by this system. Luckily the doors were still open, so I managed to get out and use the stairs. So beware anyone at this hotel of the lifts! 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 ENJOY A WONDERFUL TIME From start to finish - this Hotel has it all! Fantastic Staff, great rooms with all the comforts of home, food to cater for everyone, but the Management and Reception Staff are unbelievable - professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and go out of their way to make sure your stay is well above what you expect. If visiting London again would not stay anywhere else and would highly recommend to Family, Friends etc. A heartfelt Thank You. 16 December 2014
