Very bad receptionist service. You must be very be careful on all the items, document in this hotel, There are many tricks inside. Otherwise it is very easy to be over charging.

We had a lovely stay. We really liked this hotel and are glad we chose it. The Staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was there - and if we had needed anything else, it would have been provided without fuss. The hotel is very good value for the prices. The added benefits of being an IHG Rewards Club member - late check out and free Wi-Fi - were offered and greatly appreciated. The Hotel is close to major Tube stations, shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning again very soon.

Given the realities of London hotel value - expensive, small, questionable service, questionable cleanliness - this hotel is about average. BUT the bathroom wasn't really clean, with hair in the tub (YUCK!). One massive standout: Muhammad in the kitchen. It was late, I was starving, and needed room service. The problem: I am a vegan, and they were out of the lentil salad. I went back and forth with the person on the phone, trying to find something on the menu to eat. Finally, the chef, Muhammed, got on the phone. He ended up sautéing some vegetables for me in olive oil and garlic, and made a naan without the butter (which he thought of himself). It was delicious and so appreciated. He even went the extra mile and called after it was delivered to me to ensure I was pleased. What a wonderful experience!
