Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good hotel but difficult to reach The hotel is new. Everything is clean. staff is very very helpful. However if you drive a car, it is better to park in car park B. The car cannot reach directly to the front door of the hotel. Nobody will tell you about this in advance. The hotel is just above the Stratford underground station, very convenient by underground but you then have to carry all your luggage. Don't forget there are lots of steps in most of the underground stations. In a word, the hotel is good and worth the money. 13 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service at reception I checked in just before midnight after a day of work and travelling. Naturally, I just wanted to relax, catch up with some work and have something to eat. Unfortunately, it took a bit of time for the receptionist to check me in - not quite sure why as the room had been pre-allocated. I asked if I had complimentary upgrade and was told that the hotel was busy but that I had been given an olympic view. When he failed to ask me if I wanted an alarm call, I had to ask for it. When he failed to ask me if I wanted a complimentary newspaper (I'm a platinum club card member) I asked if I could order the independent but was told I had to have the i. I said I thought I could have any newspaper (as a platinum member) and the i was already available to everyone, including me. He said I would have to pay for other type of paper! I then asked if their were any papers from that day available but he said there weren't. When he failed to ask me if I would like welcome points or a drink, I had to prompt him. All in all, not a very welcome reception, particularly as I was then unable to order anything other than sandwiches from the 24 hour menu. 09 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay Hotel is convenient to the station/underground - very short walk. It is in the centre of the shopping complex and has access to local shops and bars. It is only a short (5 min) walk from the Olympic Park and an ideal base for an event there. Hotel is relatively new. It was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. 03 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location with easy access to shops and transport The hotel is very well located inside one of UK's largest shopping malls with easy access to all transports to Central London. The rooms are clean and comfortable in general. The breakfast is good. However, food options are limited on the menu. I liked the stay in general. However, there are a few things I would like to point out as not so good. Firstly the towels were quite old and rough. Secondly the rooms did not have a mini fridge which is normally a given in any holiday inn hotels. 01 September 2014
