The buffet breakfast offers good choices for breakfast,but I didn't have dinner within the hotel. The room service staff were very polite, and most helpful. October 1, 2015

However the breakfast was disorganised, running out of everything and needing to be asked to replenish. The bill was also incorrect - charged twice for breakfast! - check it carefully. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by lack of modernisation lets the brand down... The one central issue I had was very noisy air con in our room..... Unable to sleep I checked at reception but was advised that all rooms are pity much same. I think the property lacks modernisation. The size of room was very good but lacked decor and furniture that could give it a richer look. I can live with all that but lack of sleep due to noisy air con is not acceptable or expected from IHG brand. My main purpose was rest for a crucial business early morning and the hotel failed severely... I have planned two more visit in this month... But this hotel is certainly off the charts... I tried another budget hotels property just after this experience.. And although initially felt bad ditching my favourite brand of years .... But after my stay with them ....I must admit it felt foolish to not have tried them earlier.. IHG needs to buckle up and ween out properties which don't meet expectations else the competition will most certainly take over. September 20, 2015

From arrival at reception to checking out we were dealt with by some very good people. It is a well run hotel and when I required a fridge it arrived. Nothing seemed too much bother. The food is average and could do with a bit of improvement. This holds it back from being overall excellent. September 20, 2015
