Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good and comfortable The room quality, amenities are excellent. But the staff service was not that up to the mark for a hotel like Holiday Inn. Breakfast items were same for everyday, fruits were not that fresh. Salad bar was missing. 13 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, tidy and very comfortable. The hotel was absolutely fine. It was just what I would expect from the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious, the fixtures and fittings all seemed quite new and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. Only downside is the chargeable wifi but there is a good 4g signal in the area so it didn't affect me. Overall very happy. 04 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely pool and good value dinner We stayed two nights and were made Guests of the Day entitling us to two free drinks from the bar. Dinner was good value but due to Christmas parties there was no access to the restaurant and bar on both nights (end of November) which was disappointing. We were not told about this when booking or on arrival so if you are staying during December take note! Swimming pool is one of the best hotel pools we know. We must compliment Nicky in the Lounge on really friendly and excellent service. 04 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Familiarity breeds contentment I have stayed here 3 or 4 times now over the last 3 years or so and it is always the same reception and breakfast managers on duty when I arrive - the former having worked in the hotel since it opened over 20 years ago. To me that speaks volumes in a chain hotel where staff can come and go with amazing speed. The hotel is nothing fancy - it is a Holiday Inn, after all! But what it does it does well. 03 December 2014
