Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel and friendly staff I stayed at this hotel on my business trip and the experience was excellent. The rooms were neat and the condition of the bed and linen was spot on. All bathroom accessories were great too and the condition of the room overall was very good. The staff are also very friendly and polite and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Will always recommend in future and stay if I happen to be in that area. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall Had a great stay. The hotel was nice and easy to get to although I don't think I would want to go there from the tube after 23:00. The rooms were large and well appointed and the staff friendly. There was one nice restaurant across the road and a Tesco two minutes away. The only issue was that no one seemed to know about the "advertised" take away breakfast except the manager of the restaurent. And then they had difficulty putting it in the till or finding any change. 11 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, profssional and friendly service The friendly, professional service made me feel welcome. The only downside to this hotel is that there is no parking available close by and this added to the cost of the overall stay. Breakfast was excellent as expected with Holiday Inn. The room was very comfortable and a very good bathroom ensuite, with an excellent shower. I would stay here again, even with the problem of parking. Easy walking distance to the docklands. 09 December 2014

The location is great for the city. Easy access to the city airport on the DLR, the station is only 5 minutes walk. One of the best Holiday Inns. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great hotel in this part of the city I can recommend this hotel to anyone without feeling any concern. The area is a little run down but the hotel isn't. I and my friends have used this hotel twice in the past twelve months and we think it's great value for the money. We will use it again. All the staff were friendly and helpful: reception and restaurant staff included. I accept that this is company policy, but it's nice to see it in action. 07 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by We'd use it again. Good all round hotel. Scruffy location but good transport links. Rooms 'roomy', bright and clean. Buffet breakfast adequate rather than 'the tops' but still a good start to the day. It would be improved with a good cup of coffee rather than the rather insipid brew on offer - on the other hand a request for a cappuccino was promptly attended to notwithstanding the demands of the busy breakfast period. Staff courteous, attentive and helpful. We'd definitely use it again. 05 December 2014
