Good value for the short stay - we stayed one night prior to a cruise and found the stay to be a good. The hotel is located in a somewhat rough area but we did walk to a bakery just a block away and had a nice breakfast.
The hotel rooms could use an overall deep cleaning (carpets, etc.) but for one night it was fine.
The customer service at this hotel is OUTSTANDING. Friendly, service oriented, efficient - was wonderful to meet such nice people. We will stay here again before our next cruise just because of the STAFF!!!!

Your rooms lack proper ventilation and they feel nasty. After a shower, the entire room holds the humidity and the ac is not enough to vent the room accordingly. I killed about 7 moths/insects due to humidity.
Furthermore, your satellite does not provide to your clients spanish networks, which I honestly find.......poor in taste and decision.
To conclude, on sat. night around 9 pm, I was playing the flute (recorder) with my two kids. Your administration came knocking on my door to ask to cool it down because that behavior was not acceptable and that that was my first warning. First of all, it was barely 9. Two, the t.v. was louder than my stupid flutes. Three, I don't appreciate anyone from your staff to treat me like an idiot and give me any kind of warnings. I am an adult with a masters degree and 17 years in the field of education to be talked and warned like an elementary student.
I will never go back to your hotel and I will make sure that all of my colleagues are aware of the poor atmosphere and treatment by your staff in your hotel.
