We were greeted when we entered front lobby and the girl that checked us in was friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. We made our reservation on-line, the information at the front desk was correct and check in was very easy. We used the parking available at the hotel for five days and felt the covered parking was safe and reasonably priced and took the hotel shuttle service to LAX which was great since we didn't have to deal with the crazy traffic and hardly had any wait for a ride to and from the airport. We would definitely choose to stay here when traveling out of LAX.

We stayed here on "Stay & Fly" plan. Very handy, reasonable priced lodging. Staff extra friendly and effecient. Shuttle to LAX was prompt and driver very helpful. Ròom was Clean and well laid out. The bed was noteworthy; one of the best hotel sleeps we have had!

This Hotel is a great place to stay. It is convenient to the airport and is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
If you need anything call down and ask for Joe or Eric and they will be happy to help. They both helped me several times.
I will stay in this hotel again.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was great as was the breakfast. The reason I chose this location is because they provided on-site parking while I was traveling.

Landed at LAX after long trip. Was extremely tired and sleepy and very hungry. Got to hotel and checked in. Staff was very nice and fast. Ordered room service hamburger but when it arrived, the burger was absolutely raw. I only took two bites and stopped eating. I did not call to notify because I was so tired I did not want to wait for another order. I went to sleep hungry. In the morning, I ordered room service omelette and the server noticed that I did not eat my burger from last night. I showed him that it was raw and he apologized and said he would notify his manager. The manager called and sincerely apologized and took the charge off my bill. I am grateful and satisfied about this as I did not demand or complain, but it was the room server who took action upon noticing. Thank you to that nice employee.
