Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gutes Hotel für Zwischenstopps brauchte ein Hotel, da ich auf den Anschlussflug über 7 Stunden warten musste. Der kostenlose Hotelshuttle war unter anderem ein Argument für dieses Hotel und der Service hat einwandfrei geklappt. Würde ich immer wieder buchen. 24 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Impressive hotel close to airport Whenever I choose to fly out of LA, the night before to stay close to the airport, I stay at this Holiday Inn. Be forwarned, they do charge for parking $14 and the morning breakfast was $17 for a 4 hot pan buffet. The rooms are updated and the hotel has a nice California feel. The front staff is exceptional. 20 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love Holiday Inn but did not love my room number I love this hotel for its proximity to LAX. I have stayed here a few times when I have an early flight the next day. I always find the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and friendly. Unfortunately, this time we had a room number that was too similar to the front desk's code (to call from your guest room#, and we received 3 calls at various times throughout the night, from other guests trying to reach the front desk. VERY ANNOYING!!! For this I have given my stay a low score in the "able to relax" and "quality of sleep" categories. If it hadn't been for those disruptions, I would have given everything top marks, and my overall experience would have been a 5. I didn't rate "food and drink", as I did not use the bar and grill this time. Also - in past stays at IHG hotels, I have been given a small token upon arrival to reward me for being part of the rewards program #eg. water bottle and snack, or drink voucher#, but this wasn't the case here. I wonder if the program has changed? I will definitely stay at this hotel again, if the opportunity presents itself. But I will be very picky about my room number! 12 November 2014
