Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More than Expected Agreed with other reviewers that this is no ordinary Holiday Inn! First, location is perfect and convenient, about 10 minutes to Macau airport & ferry terminal; courtesy Cotai Central shuttle pick up and drop off; mall-like-walkthrough to Conrad and Sheraton; short & comfortable walk to Venetian and City of Dreams. We were upgraded to a suite and that's made our stay from March 24-26 extra enjoyable. Amenities that we really like are 2 full- length mirrors near the entrance & the closet, , 2 individual controlled air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom), complimentary newspaper, 1 full bath with sink, toilet, separate shower & tub and another half bath with sink and toilet, 2 choice of pillows (firm or soft), 2 flat screen TV and an eye-level-safe deposit box (the best) Facilities we used are the pools with different water levels and the gymn with a plethora of equipment. The staff even showed us how to use some of it. One suggestion is to get rid of the tube-in music which is too loud and interfering because most people either watch TV or listen to their own music while exercising. To those who prefer something else besides buffets and restaurants eating, the Food Courts in Conrad and Venetian provide plenty of selection. Wifi is only available in public area and it would be nice to have it in the room. All the staff we came across - bellhops, receptionists, concierge, pool/bar/gymn attendants were very friendly and courteous. We found the Cotai Pass offered by the concierge a good value. It includes admission to the House of Dancing Water (a must to see), a lunch buffet at one of the hotels, a $100 coupon for food or shopping, 15% shopping discounts at designated stores etc. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. 31 March 2013

Heath Center got enough equipment and it was nice to operate in 24 hours! We've offered late check-out (at 12:00nn) but only an hour more than normal check-out time. It is a 4 star hotel but with a 5 star service. The room service is efficient. We will certainly stay in this hotel again on our future visit. 27 March 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great new property We really enjoyed staying here -- the price is affordable, great location, and plenty of dining options inside the hotel. The one downside was the Holiday Inn Hotel bar, which didn't mix the best drinks (although it's hard to find a decent martini in Macao, let alone China). The bar also had a large display of cupcakes, which appeared to have been there for days and we even saw a small kid pick up a cupcake, lick the frosting, and then put it back in place. But aside from a few caveats I strongly recommend this hotel - probably the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at with very kind and professional staff. I will be back! Strong recognition for Priority Club Members (upgrade, free wifi, 2 free drinks, newspaper etc). 26 March 2013

No doubt, the main reason for us to stay 2 nights at your hotel is the special rate offer. The 2 nights made all my family members well enjoyed leisure which we have never experienced with one night stay. Your staff customer service attitudes, room service efficiency and overall performance get all of us satisfied. We checked in around 3.15 pm (forgot the exact time#, you just could provide us 2 rooms at that time #we booked 3 rooms actually) and informed us the third room should be available around 4.20pm. But actually, we just could get the thrid room around 5pm. The check in time marked in the hotel confirmation letter is 3pm, but the thrid room offered time was 5pm, quite disappointed and bad impression. 22 March 2013

The room offered a quiet, comfortable and relaxed environment for guests to stay. The accessories therein were adequate. We had a good sleep and totally enjoyed the stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All good except for partial services I stayed at the hotel the week before Chinese New Year. I was there on holiday with my girlfriend. The room was great, it was a delux suite with proper living room and a huge bathroom. I have nothing to complain there. However, there are 2 things which i would like to mention. The 1st is that i forgot my room card once and I understand that you needed to verify my passport inorder to let me into the room. But, you do not need to come check it twice, i don't think it is necessary to have a 2nd person come to the room just to see my ID again after it was confirmed by room service personnel who let me in. the other thing i want to mention is, i wrote a total number of 12 postcards and asked the front desk to help post them for me. Til today, the 20th of March, only half was received. and out of those 6 that was received, the date on the stamp was the 1st of March. That is almost 1 month after I have checked out of the hotel. That is completely unacceptable for such a high quality service hotel. 20 March 2013

My wife and I really enjoyed the place and our honeymoon, though didn't really appreciate some of the guests there, had people smoking in the bathroom and yelling in the lobby....I guess unfortunately it has become a typical scene in any hotel in Macau 04 March 2013
