Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy, quick and no-fuss I travel for business, 210 nights per year, and I stay mostly at IHG properties when possible. I don't use many of the amenities, but appreciate the ease and simplicity of check-in/out, the general cleanliness of your hotels, and the security I feel when staying. I plan on using IHG to great-extent in the future months. May 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mixed results, but pleased overall Internet connection was so poor as to be nonexistent, exceedingly poor service for breakfast. Otherwise the room, hospitality staff, and amenities were very good. Facilities are new and well maintained. Our handicap accessible room was very well designed for our special needs daughter. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This stay was better than expected I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday North Macon, GA. I'm a frequent hoteler but this was my first stay at a Holiday Inn. The building was very clean and secure. The room was comfortable. The bar was nice as well as the bartender. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint that I have is that orange juice did not come with the breakfast buffet (you had to pay extra). May 18, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Customer Service This hotel has the worst and most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay, but it wasn't a big deal. A few hours after we checked out, I realized I'd left my iPad in the room. My husband and I called the hotel and were told that they would check with housekeeping in the morning and call us back. They never did. We called them, and were told that housekeeping did not have the iPad. We asked them to please check again, and they said they would call us back the next day. Again, no one called us. I called for a third time, and the front desk employee said I should "just use Find My iPhone to get it." I explained to him that I had tried the app from the beginning but the iPad was not connected to the internet. He continued to argue with me about the way the app works and basically implied that I was not telling the truth. I asked to speak with a manager. He connected me to the manager's voicemail and I left a message about the situation and requested the manager call me back. He never did. After five days, my husband called again and left another message for the manager. This was also never returned. At this point, I called Holiday Inn's guest relations to discuss the issue. The representative I talked to was wonderful, and told me I would hear back from them or the hotel in the next 24-48 hours. Of course, that did not happen either. We have now been told six different times over the past two weeks that someone from the hotel would get back to us, and have yet to receive a single phone call from anyone. I understand that leaving the iPad in the room was my fault, but there has been no good faith effort to even talk with us about the issue. I have generally had positive experiences with Holiday Inn in the past, but I never want to stay in one again. May 13, 2016

Combined, the 3 front desk people we interacted with did a great job and the house-keeping staff were stellar but booking was incorrect and made the stay problematic and the kitchen staff were non-professional to say the least.
