Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Let down by room and reception staff I stayed at this hotel for a night as the other hotel i was staying in was full. On arrival the hotel has a nice feel in the reception and walk way down to the garden at the rear. My room was at the front of the hotel near the road but this did not cause me any issue. the room was an adequate size. the problem came when i was going to have a bath there was mould growing around the side of the bath were it is sealed to the walls. As it was late and i was already settled i decided to bring it up with the reception desk in the morning. On reaching the reception in the morning i was greeted by a male member of staff who looked like he had just fallen out of bed he was putting on his jacket witch had buttons missing did not have a tie on and his hair was all over the place. when i mentioned about the mould and showed him a picture he did not react or say anything. So i am afraid that i would not use this hotel again unless i had no other option. Not a great breakfast for the money, seemed to be set up for the masses with one long buffet style counter down the centre of the room. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by simplemente es un producto en lineas generales muy bien conseguido Desde la óptica del servicio que ha de prestar un establecimiento hotelero, creo que este producto que Vds. ofrecen es el resultado de entender que el cliente es el centro de la empresa, al igual que los humanos con recursos, sigan en esa línea de excelencia, analicen los precios del Bar-cafetería, y mantengan la línea de acercamiento a sus clientes.
