Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business Stay The hotel offered a warm room with a descent bed which is all anyone can really hope for with a hotel room, right? Food options in the hotel were nice and a life saver if the weather is bad. Bathrooms could use a bit of updating, but got the job done. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. November 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Regular visitor for business Like most hotels in the area I find this one overpriced, but I used it extensively for a 12 month period due to it being the preferred hotel of my client. Since changing employers I have been unable to stay here within expenses budget except on a Sunday night once, due to the reduced tariff. The staff are always friendly and most recognise me and know my name, so I always feel welcomed. I have not had any major issues here not resolved by the hotel, although one of my biggest issues is that the hotel showers frequently go scolding hot and then freezing cold, before returning to their set temperature. I have reported this frequently through different channels but it seems to be a fundamental issue that they cannot or will not resolve. November 16, 2015

Selten habe ich so gut in einem Hotel geschlaffen. Das Freizeitangebot ( Schwimmbad und Fitnesscenter) sind im Hause und die Öffnungszeiten sehr gut. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor check-in experience for US traveller This was my first stay in a Holiday Inn in ages. Overall, this was not a good experience. Disorganized front desk: I was made to wait over 4 hours to check in into my room after an overnight flight from the US. Apparently, this was due to lack of communication between the 2 front desk staff at shift change. Can't get free wifi unless a iHG member or willing to become one. Slow dinner service in the lounge: My order was lost. No wash cloths in the room. They will bring you one if you request but apparently expect you to travel with your own. Odd. Rough sheets and towels. Beaten up furniture. November 15, 2015

We have stayed at this hotel many times but I do feel that the room we stayed in this time was in need of modernising.The bathroom was very small and dated,fridge wasn't working,and I reported a problem opening window on first and second morning of our three night stay and it was never repaired.Staff in dining room and reception are very pleasant ,this is a nice hotel but I do feel it is now in need of renovation.
