Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and very convenient location! This hotel is in a very convenient location, walking distance to good Italian, Japanese, Korean, and American cuisine. The staff are all friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. I just wanted to compliment one of your concierge staff named Jay, he was very polite and gave us good, fast service. We've never had any problems with any employee there. Everyone seems nice. Keep up the good work! 02 August 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The only problem was the elavator lift card reader I'm sure you've received many comments about the lovely recorded voice which goes: you are not authorised to that level. I'm sure the average guest would have heard this sentence at least 5 to 6 times during their 3 to 4 day stay at the hotel. Please really improve the card readers in the elevators. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient place. Clean Close to everything. Everything you need is right downstairs of the hotel... Glorietta mall, GreenBelt. Staff are very pleasant . Room is comfortable and clean. My only complain is that the phone would ring forever when you call the front desk from your room. Overall all was a great stay. 30 July 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel situated in the city change my usual 2 hotels to this newly open hotel in makati area, compare to the the 2, location is the the best, situated right in the middle of malls fill with eatery, been raining daily when i was there, you would not have a single problem walking in the rain as all walkway are shelter to greenbelt as well. 25 July 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Hotel that exceeds Espectations Check in early and was greeted with an invite to Breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful, waffle station, sushi, noodle bar. omelet station, an array of pastries and local filipino treats as well as western style breakfast items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were still new and very clean. American bed with a variety of pillows, Internet connection was exceptional, I would brag the best in all Makati hotels. Spa at the hotel was open until midnight. Rooftop pool and bar area were very nice and relaxing. A great stay at Holiday Inn Makati, we will visit again soon! Thank you! 23 July 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 night Work trip Very nice hotel, extremely new. there is construction going on out side the building that I was worried about but did not hear a thing so that was very good. Rooms were very nice and spacious, the only complaint is the hot water was not working very well unless you turn the knob right over and then the water pressure was terrible. cant remember what room I was in. Getting a taxi was a bit difficult compared to other hotels in Makati. But all and all not a bad hotel and friendly service. 16 July 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel, awesome location I like our stay, I wish we stayed for a couple of nights instead of just overnight. This property is great in terms of: 1) Location - Conveniently located in Ayala Centre and has direct access to Glorietta 2) Service - Staff are attentive (especially the teams at Flavors restaurant). Checkin are fast. 3) Breakfast buffet - The array of choices are great. It has a lot of Filipino fare and I am biased as I am a native and like this cuisine. 4) Availability of electrical outlets for all regions in the room. If there are any improvements I wish the management can look into, that would be: 1) Bigger signages at the basement parking lot. It was quite a hassle to locate the parking spots for hotel guests. The Ayala Centre staff and guards were helpful to point it out. Big, prominent signages within the parking basement will be great. 2) It is a pity that the windows are dirty, obscuring the nice view of the city. 3) Better recognition for members. I appreciate that the access to lounge were offered at a discounted rate, but it would have been best if it was given for free for loyal members. In other hotel chains, I received automatic upgrade. 4) Better Wi-fi and keycard. Wi-fi connection is unstable. Key card also needs to be taken on and off several times for the elevator to recognise. 13 July 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location This hotel was recommended by an ex-colleague, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Check-in was smooth and quick. Bell-hop delivered the luggage very promptly. The room was spacious and clean. I was hoping for a bath tub but the shower stall is spacious and the shower head decent with good water pressure, so can't complain there. Breakfast spread was a bit limited, IMHO but still decent if you stick to continental stuff. I needed to store some stuff in the freezer and the staff were very helpful with my request. Location wise, it is just behind Glorietta 4, which works well for me when I want a quick bite or buy essentials from the supermarket. Overall, I would stay here again. 03 July 2013

I was greeted the moment i reached the hotel lobby, was directed to the Check in area and my luggage was taken care.Since i Booked 3 rooms, there are some communications mismatched, i wanted a connecting room but give different floor and they are bit confuse on why i have three rooms bookings. But all went well, the team really scan through all the rooms to get me a connecting rooms and i was given a late check out. The rest of the stay was great, Service, room all is good. Security was good too, all bag was sniff by the sniffer dog and the security. Location is just next to the mall, all the food is in the mall, there is a connecting door on the ground floor to the mall.If you plan to go the Ocean park, suggest you get a buy the ticket at the entrance which cost only 900P per person and it is only an 30 minutes taxi ride a little of a traffic. A tour package was offered to me and it cost around 10000P for 4 people with Taxi ride. 02 July 2013

Impressed with professionalism of staff...when I had an issue with a cabdriver, I learned the bellman record every cab that enters the property. As a result, they tracked down the cabbie and rectified the problem. Great location too as it's adjacent to an enormous mall with plenty of restaurant choices. 29 June 2013

Everything was great, really appreciated the generous invitation to join the opening night festivities. Staff were great, food very nice. Roof deck pool is lovely and the Oz Bar very comfortable. Will be happy to stay here on my next trip. Only negative is too long wait for lifts, but could have been due to opening night party issues. 26 June 2013

Staff seemed to go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Security is high, so one feels very safe. Nice pool, good buffet breakfast, rooms a good size. First of all i can say that the service was excellent during my stay. The staff were very polite and helpfull so big thanks to them. Hotels location is perfect next to Glorietta shopping mall and on a walking distance from Greenbelt area. Rooms are clean and well equipped with all the amenities you need on your stay. The only slight negative thing was that the wifi connection didn't work properly but this didn't bother me that much. Anyway this hotel is truly great value and i will definately stay there again when i'm in Manila. 17 June 2013

Really friendly and accomodating staff, kudos to Karissa and Kat from reception, sent us a comp cake for my daughter's bday. Bfast was good for value, poolside menu was severely overpriced though. Rooms are new and comfy, windows are kinda dirty, best housekeeping I've encountered. Telephone operator if they have one takes an extremely long time to answer calls. 17 June 2013
