Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by air conditioning The staff are really excellent. Helpful and accomodating. The rooms can have spectacular views and the breakfast is excellent. The only drawback is the difficulty in getting the room temperature correct. I find the air conditioning to be very noisy and disturbing to a full nights sleep. 22 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely hotel and in a quiet location The hotel was very clean and tidy, it was also nicely decorated with a modern comfortable feel. You could not hear any outside noises (it was a quiet location anyway), so it was easy to get a good nights sleep. The room had a large super king bed and was very comfortable. The TV was a little on the small side, but had a good range of channels with no poor signal/pixilation. Overall a hotel I would recommend and one that I would stay at again. 20 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Belated Christmas Treats We were visiting Manchester as we had received some vouchers at Christmas for 'things to do in Manchester' and selected the hotel as we wanted to stay in Media City. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, the room was ready so off to a good start. Staff on reception were very helpful too. Room on 16th floor had good views, all very clean, beds comfortable, lovely bathroom where everything worked i.e. shower controls simple! We didn't eat / drink at the hotel but a good and lively bar selling an excellent range of beers very close by. Easy parking too next door. A very good location to get too from the M6 / M60 motorway network. We would stay here again. 19 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautifully clean and spacious. A modern hotel that made our one night stay enjoyable. Spacious rooms - very clean and well kept. Comfortable bed and two good sized pillows each! Buffet style breakfast that had just about everything you could want. View from window disappointing as area still undergoing development but where completed a nice stroll along to The Lowry Centre - past The Blue Peter small garden! A minutes walk to the Metro which was ideal for getting into the centre. 19 February 2015

The staff are always lovely and efficient, the rooms are kept beautifully clean and sumptuous and the experience is always favourable. 19 February 2015
