Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel in El Centro I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Merida on a recent business trip. The highlights of the property include a swimming pool, courtyard bar & restaurant (open every night that I was there, with live music), delicious buffet restaurant, excellent housekeeping, quick service, fresh bottles of water every day, and friendly staff. The only negative was inconsistent wifi in the rooms. Wifi is much better in the lobby. This hotel is across the street from the Fiesta Americana, which is a lovely (but much more expensive hotel). Car rental and currency exchange is available there. We rented a car and drove 30 minutes to Progreso, on the Gulf. We were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Holiday Inn. 03 June 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Visita a Holliday Inn Merida El trato por parte del personal del hotel , no fue agradable , se percibia la differencia en el trato desde que saben que hiciste tus reservacion con Puntos IHG , eso fue un "Pain Point" que no se borra... no se supone que al hacer reservacion con puntos el trato debe de ser igual o mejor ? ya que el usuario "yo" le he sido fiel a la marca Puedo hacer una mejora en el Diseño de Servicio si estan interesados ... 02 June 2014
