La habitación fue ruidosa y tienen un problema de tubería en la zona de las salidas de emergencia (Habitación 322).
La tarifa negociada con mi empresa no fue aplicada.

Although this Holiday Inn was a little further from my daily business appointments than Holyday Inn Reforma - which I normally book, I found it a real good locations to be. I used every day the taxi service from the hotel and the second day concierge already knew my way of getting around and were very attendfull.
The restaurant, especially breakfast, is EXCELLENT, apart from the coffee that is way too weak! You have fruits, mexican food, omelets, etc. Lunch is also VERY GOOD with a really rich buffet.
The hotel is located directly next to a shopping (Plaza universidad) which is so useful after working hours and only closes between 21:00-22:00, restaurants, shops, etc.
¡A very joyful experience! I will stay again in this hotel, hopefully also once with my family.

Great Holiday Inn hotel in Mexico City! Very modern, comfortable, and spacious guestrooms; bathroom with a spa-like feel.
Loved the breakfast offering at the hotel's restaurant; amazing buffet with many quality options and very attentive and cordial staff.

I was given a room that had three holes on the wall (something was pulled and not repaired). In addition, the electric wires for the TV were showing, not covered. In America no 5 star hotel would give a guest a room like that. The room was next to the exercise room so I could hear the guests running on the machines. Every time someone flashed a toilet, I was able to hear the noise of the water going through the pipes. The best thing in the hotel, the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but food tasted fresh. Starting breakfast at 6:30 am until Saturday was a plus.
The receptionist offered me a taxi to go to the airport charged to the room. I thought that would be plus. Turned out it was a minus. The time came and there was no taxi ready. The porter scrambled to get me a taxi. Talking to the taxi driver, he said sometimes it takes 15-20 days to get paid. If the arrangement is so bad for the taxi driver, the receptionist should not offer to charge the taxi to the hotel bill since it is an inconvenience to the taxi drivers.

como comentario, el servicio en el restaurant fue muy malo, la calidad de mi platillo fue malo, la lechuga no fue lavada y tal ves sin desinfectar estaba marchita, el costo por mi platillo fue muy caro para la calidad y cantidad (proporcion). tienen confusas las promociones del restaurant. y el mesero fue muy grosero, no fue servicial y el gerente no brindo una respuesta favorable a mi inconformidad. Fuimos 5 personas y nadie quedo conforme con los alimentos.
