Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! We booked 2 rooms for our family for an overnight stay after arriving from our cruise before flying home the next day. It was a great experience from beginning to end! From booking the room to checking out. I spoke with Mr.Camacho the hotel manager prior to leaving for our cruise to make sure that everything was in order for our stay. He was engaging, polite and very proffesional and put my mind at ease that all was taken care of. Our shuttle driver met us VERY promptly to take us to the hotel...his name is Danillo...I may have spelled his name incorrectly but he was the start of a great experience. Just a great guy with good conversation and a good knowledge of the area. Arriving the hotel looked nice and inviting with a great restaurant right next door...an Ale House. We met Mr.Sixto Camacho at check in...he was as he sounded on the phone. Polite, engaging and professional. He offered us something to drink at check in which was a nice touch. In conversation with Mr. Camacho you can tell he takes great pride in his job, staff and hotel. A true asset to his business. The rooms were clean nice and comfortable and the outdoor pool cool and refreshing! The hotel even provides shuttle service to a near by Walmart which we took advantage of. All in all a great experience! As a frequent traveler airport hotels are always an unknown gamble. The management, staff and attitude to customer satisfaction make this hotel a return to destination on my business and get away travels 17 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, comfortable bed We stayed at this hotel for one night because we were leaving for a cruise the next day out of Miami. We were pleased that the Holiday Inn provided a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was also able to book us on a shuttle through a third-party provider to get us from the hotel to the cruise ship terminal at a very reasonable rate. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. As IHG members, we each received complimentary water and a snack. We also appreciated the free cocktail and the discount on breakfast. 12 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good location, good hotel, would recommend Would highly recommend hotel. Staff were helpful at all times, all amenities provided and room was perfect for our needs. Excellent bed quality but there should have been some pillow variety. Everything was very quiet for sleep purposes. Shuttle drivers very polite and helpful - especially Mauricio - and front desk staff called taxis for us or searched for information for us whenever requested. Very pleased with our overall stay. 05 April 2015
