Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeling; dirty, poor parking, unresponsive staff Inadequate parking for registered guests. Remodeling limited service and made hotel congested, noisy and dirty. Restaurant and bar were only partially open with very cramped space due to remodeling, Staff seemed disinterested in a reasonable complaint / concern, I travel to MKE frequently and began staying at this Holiday Inn a few months ago because the other Holiday Inn near the airport has poor internet service and was not well maintained. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Much good some not so good After reading some reviews I somewhat afraid to stay at the Inn. However I found the stay overall very good. I only had two negative experiences. 1. At the time of my visit, Milwaukee had quite a snow storm and the Hotel did not have enough parking places. I spent a long time looking and finally parked away from the hotel on a service road fearful of being towed. 2) Reviews had warned about the restaurant but with the storm I thought it best to try. Neither the food or the service was what should be expected from a Holiday Inn Express. My suggestion is the Hotel would be well served to offer a continental breakfast like other Holiday Inn Ex;press 12 February 2015
