Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel but with really bad restaurant I have am staying at this hotel very often, the main reason is the location, the rooms and the service from the staff.The only thing that is really bad in this hotel is the restaurant and especially for breakfast. First, the buffet is really minimal, the scramble eggs are always too cooked, most of the time their is nothing ready , you always have to wait for them to bring more food. It seems that they only put food for two persons at the time. The bread is often not fresh. You always have to ask for a coffee or orange juice. The staff does not seems to know that people will take coffee and /or orange juice in the morning and that we dont have an hour for breakfast, they need to serve us quickly and provide the bill quicker. I now often have to go outside for breakfast, :( 23 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service good but condition of bathrooms poor We encountered some very helpful housecleaning staff that were able to accommodate our needs immediately and efficiently. The price we paid for a Suite was not reflective of the value of the condition of the room. The rest of the room was ok, but the state of the bathroom was very poor. The caulking of the bath tiles by the tub and the corners (tiles were basically chipping big time) seemed to have seen too many years. The bathtub itself also seemed very old and therefore, appeared unclean. I would have expected a nicer-looking room and bathroom since it was a Suite which is, I understand, an upgrade from a regular room. 18 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful staff mean a wonderful stay The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entrance of the hotel was decorated with beautiful chandeliers, etc. The ambiance in the lounge was very attracting. 13 February 2015
