This was at the Mississauga Holiday Inn and the service was excellent. This recent stay was booked for two employees on business (November 6th and 7th). They were very happy with their stay. I will continue to book for both business and liesure at your hotel. Many thanks 14 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service, beutiful suite, comfortablr bed Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the time we walked into the lobby. The staff were very pleasant courteous and hospitable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a lovely sitting area, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a very very comfortable king size bed. The fridge door was broken. The staff had fixed or exchanged it before we came back from the shops. We also received a small gift and discount card for the dining room. Speaking of the dining room. Staff was super, food was good!!!! our stay was super and we will return when we are visiting that area again!!!! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME STAY!!!!!!! 13 November 2014

Because we could close the door between the bedroom and living room where the pull out bed was, enabled our non snoring member to have a good night sleep. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Good 4 Star Hotel I stayed over a two month period. In this time I become very familiar with the entire operations of the hotel. I found many things I like and a few I did not I have some things to share. As a non smoker, the area at the front door was not appealing because it was not kept clear of butts on the ground and the closeness to the front doors. The lobby is a little dated and could use an uplift. The snack section was minimal and pricey. The staff is very good with a few exceptions and I will avoid specifics but if you go into the restaurant and run into the same individual that I am taking of, you will know why I am not 100% super happy. Think of the TV and the Seinfeld show and the guy in the soup kitchen. My room was clean and the bed comfortable and firm and this alone made me happy because that is the main reason for staying in a hotel. Once the front desk staff got to know me I was treated very well. I will call this 4 star plus. MAS 08 November 2014
