Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Motel was very Nice Staff Was Great My Stay Was Great Except for the Room it was very clean but you could tell that they had been smoking in the room 2890. But as far as the Staff and all else it was great and Excellent. I will defiantly be staying there again 27 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Older hotel and it shows it I had not stayed at this Holiday Inn for some time, instead choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn Express closer to the Airport more recently. After staying here for a night, I now realize why I stay at the Express. The hotel was old, the room was not in great shape. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and it had not been cleaned well. I would suggest that this is not a hotel for business travel, but with the water park inside, a cheap vacation for families. Holiday Inn as a whole has been great over the years, and I make it a point to stay at IHG locations when I can. This was a disappointment, but I understand this is a one off. 26 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff and Above and Beyond Service I was traveling from Toronto to Montreal with my 2 cousins. All of us staying in the city for the first time. We were upgraded to a suite without having to even ask. Our room was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. Because the trip was planned very last minute, we had not planned out any destinations to visit. The staff members not only provided us with great destinations to visit and dine in but also wrote out the directions for us and how to get around using the metro. When we couldn't find our way from metro station to hotel, the staff arranged a shuttle bus for us. Very helpful considering how cold it was!! Thank you for making us feel so comfortable in our stay. And a special thanks to Veronica. Our trip to Montreal would not have been as great or special had we not had your assistance (loved the dessert place you recommended, Cacao 70. 12 January 2015
