Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice and clean Nice hotel with good connection to subway. The only negative point is noisy AC... 21 November 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suchesvsky Staff very friendly & courteous Good Lounge facilities Would be nice to have a nicer fitness center / sauna / spa 11 November 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable. Reasonable location Overall the experience was good. Two bad experiences. 1) When I went to change currency, the lady was on the mobile phone and I tried to talk to her but she waved me off and was not interested. I went to the bank. 2) Rang a tour company and wanted to do a tour. Could not work out the location. The tour lady said to go to front desk and they would help. When I went there, the lady on said to call them and talk to them. She also said they should speak English and it want cost me much to call them. I walked away and did not go to the front desk when she was on. The location is reasonable. Moscow is not the most tourist friendly place to travel. But most people took their time to help and give directions. Unfortunately cannot say the same to the front desk staff and the currency exchange lady. The taxi lady was very helpful. So was the trainee. The rest were not tourist friendly. At least gave the impression that they were too busy and could not be bothered. 30 October 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 HIDDEN CHARGES By Moscow Standards - a very nice hotel. PROS: (1) Comfortable Rooms at a Fair Price; (2) Good Location; (3) Friendly Personnel CONS: (1) No Air Conditioning in the Room; (2) Overpriced Breakfast; (3) Overpriced Wi-Fi; (4) No Bottled Water in the Room (except that in an overpriced bar) Dear Svetlana and Marina: It takes time, effort and good service at a reasonable price to build long-term Customer Relationship that leads to Loyalty. Yet, it does not take any time or effort to loose such a Loyal Customer. The easiest way is to charge him $40.00 for his breakfast. Best regards. 06 October 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Service The staff made this stay relaxing, the service that Tatiana, Ayn, Anastasia and Shakhnoza was warming and professional. The food was really good and the choice was just right. The room was comfortable and made working in pleasant and not cramped. I would recommend staying here on business or pleasure. 02 October 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Light and Shadow The room need new furniture, the bathroom need renovation, it was generally cold inside the room (aircondition is just for cooling and the heating wasn't working at this period of midth September), bathroom with very old window, very bad smell out from bathroom, the air condition noising but could be quickly repaired, Lobby bar / caffee is in the evening a big smoking lounge, what makes it impossible to use this facility as nonsmoker, service should give more attention, fairly good front desk 30 September 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall comfortable stay Use this hotel to stay in during my work every year in Moscow. Good location, close to centre but not too close. Short walk to very efficient Metro. Hotel is comfortable and restarant good to use if staying in the area. All staff friendly and can cope well with a non russian speaker :-) 23 September 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This hotel is my prefered hotel in Moscow and I stay there twice a month for several years now. The staff at the hotel is always friendly and ready to assist. The service is great and the rooms are clean. The hotel has business lounge at the 13 floor which is opened 24 hours per day and it is quite convenient. I really have nothing to add except of the thanks to the hotel staff for their hard work and great hospitality. 21 September 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Service and Nice clean hotel The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and my stay was comfortable. Easy access to the Metro, making getting into the city fairly easy. The staff were amazing, could never do enough to make my stay all that more relaxing. I would definitely stay here again, for either business or pleasure. 17 September 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to visit Moscow The hotel is comfortable and quite busy, it is very close to a Moscow Metro which allows you quick access to most of Moscow, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay again, 14 September 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good hotel - good location This hotel is not central but very well located near the Rijskaya Metro Station (line 6). The hotel is modern and nice and amenities are nice. Poor recognition of Elite status especially regarding late check-out. 09 July 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Elevators When overcrowded the elevator gives a signal. One person has to leave than the elevator. The doors closes but as soon as the person who left pushes again the buttom for a new elevator, the doors go back open. This happened 3-6 times on the same floor before the person who left understood that he had to wait for a few seconds. This happened therafter on each level (17 times) since more and more people were waiting on a not coming elevator. It has token 16 minutes before the elevator arrived at my floor (17th) and therafter 14 minutes before I arrived at my level. In the meantime the congress already started. Please change this system or gives at least the possibility to use the treps in such cases. Now you can leave via the trephall, but it is not allowed to enter back on your level. 05 July 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stay in Moscow Our stay was really great. The room was clean and we had everything we needed there. My mom had her birthday during our stay and that day when we came back from the city a piece of cacke with "Happy birthday" from the hotel was in our room. That detail really made a good impression on us. Thanks! 04 June 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Okay but lacking a little something As we went with an organised tour we were not given the choice to choose a non-smoking room, when we arrived the smell of smoke was overwhelming although I believe this has now changed as the new smoking rules now apply. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly enough with the odd exception however the dinning room is not big enough for the amount of guests and we felt rushed at the evening meal and there was a lack of places to relax to have a drink and socialise with the other members of our party in the evening. Very short sighted of the hotel I feel. Otherwise loved Moscow and tour company were great would still recommend both to others. 03 June 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice staff I experienced a very nice stay in the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff always smiling. Very nice breakfast in the restaurant. Rooms standard, internet in the room free of charge could be a good idea. Little overpriced as in Moscow, but that's the situation there. 19 May 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Small and strange things that makes feel disapointed Unfortunately in room number were a number of problem with shower (water flows very slow and 3/4 were oppresed). The next thing is that we've got a compliment from Holiday Inn. Thank you, but it would be nice to ask us whether we dring champagne or not. Also it was a big surprise, that we couldn't upgrade room category to higher one... It looks a bit strange. 18 May 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service Comfortable staying especially with Priority Club Rewards advantages. 05 May 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable hotel The room for Priority Club members was excellent - clean, large and very comfortable bed. The surroundings look dated but very close to tube station - Wifi in bedroom & mini bar very expensive so be aware. Free wifi in the lobby. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Reception staff was very helpful when our cab tried to charge us 9000 Roubles for a fare that should have been less thab a thousand, so thanks again. I recomend the hotel its location & the staff. 14 April 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quite nice room and goog breakfast The room for Priority Club members was excellent - clean, large and comfortable. The surroundings of the hotel look a bit like from past age but near-by metro station gives you possibility to avoid traffic jam. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was also quite good, staff nice - so I recomend the hotel if you are willing to pay a little bit more for a stay. 01 April 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do you like feeling at home? I did enjoy my sojourn at Holiday Inn Suschevsky, 'cause the atmosphere of "sweet home" predominates in the air itself. Amiable personnel, delicious food, cozy appartment and the bouquet of splendid emotions. That is exactly a place I long for staying at. 29 March 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and great relax. It was really good, silent and peaceful night. I recommend this hotel to everybody who came to Moscow. 25 March 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good atmosphere Magnificent sympathetic staff. Favorable conditions for work and negotiations. 04 March 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Lounge Business lounge was not as expected - especially at evenings and night: coffee machine worked only occasionally and food (cakes, cookies and similar) were below my expectations or missing at all. 28 February 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Victor and Victoria - great team!! On arrival check in was very busy, but the manageress soon came behind the desk and dealt with me (made me feel special as PE Reward member). I got my PE upgrade to exectuve room, without asking, and found the whole check in process ok in what were very busy times. Room was fine, with compliementary fruit and soft drinks, appreciated after a long journey. Executive lounge is ok, but bar is better - especially enjoyable with Victor, who my collegues and I have made friends with over several stays. He makes you feel very welcome, speaks great English, and is both attentive and charismatic. Victoria is a welcome addition to the team and was a very friendly and efficient server. We all enjoyed some good humour and great service. It was a little smokey in the bar area (and I can see how many appreciate the ability to still smoke inside), but it does leave you smelling of smokoe - but this will eventually clear once the smoking ban is rolled out in Moscow. PIllows need to be a bit bigger please? 19 February 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solution driven In addition to my score I would like to mention that the staff, especially at the reception, was very supportive and solution driven. Extremely friendly and helpful even if they've been confronted with a challenge. 12 February 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good hotel and very pleasant team I stay in the hotel every second week, the location is very close to the city centrer and next door to a metro station. Excellent hotel staff, very pleasant and kindly. Especially a front desk and a restaurant team. The hotel atmosphere is very warm which brings me a willing to come back. 05 February 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great staff Everyone seemed to have a smile, I arrived with a large group from CCUSA, when i stepped up to the rewards check in, I was greated right away with a smile, and was offred a nice upgrade. Room was nice, and staff was better 19 January 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nightmare Stolen pack of cigarettes, DND avoided by staff (knocked my door despite the DND sign), wake up call 6:40 am vs requested 7:40 am, a nightmare stay that is only mitigated by the nice sr. level front desk staff. Cannot be worse. @ Holiday Inn guest relations, please contact me on that. 27 November 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Zhana It gives impression that all staff got the same bad training from the same bad trainer. It was extremely annoying, irritating and discomfortble. Just a few examples: House -keeping knocked my door 3 times in a row one day @ 7 am, screaming "Can I clean your room!", while the _Do_not Disturb_ card was hanging outside the door. Whatever you order either in the room-serivce or in the main restaurant down, will be served in a wrong way and delay. Example, you ask for room-temperature caned juice without ice, tea with lemon, and pancakes with souce separate--they will serve a glass of juice half-full of ice, tea without lemon, and pancakes swimming in the sauce. When you would ask for a lemon and spoon and fork and knife so you could eat pancakes, they will bring lemon, and your question _what about the spoon and fork?_ they always would reply "Oooooh, I FORGOT.....!". So then they will come back and bring a knife but not a spoon... so everything gets cold, and you have to catch a waiter 10 times in 1 hours just to have a cup of tea in a normal way.....Reception staff is the same! As if they did not speak neither English, nor Russian--THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD THROUGH ALL THE HOTELS AND COUNTRIES.... THERE IS A ROOM--BUT THERE IS NO HOTEL.! 13 November 2012
