Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Platinum - Where's the love? Overall, the room was comfortable though if you have noisy and inconsiderate guests, you will hear their conversations and the door slamming. My only complaint was that I had to remind the front desk clerk about my Platinum amenity as she was about to send me off my room without mentioning it. I also won bonus points courtesy of the fun "spin the will" they have for Platinum guests. Unfortunately, neither my amenity points nor my bonus points have shown in my IHG Rewards Club account. I hope they will eventually get that to me. 05 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lobby Guest seating in the lobby was not available. It seemed that family of the staff used this area to wait for a family member. I was there for a 50th class reunion and would have liked to sit in the lobby to wait for classmates. The people I spoke of had young children and were there most all day. They occupied all the available seats.It was my intention to greet classmates as they checked into the hotel. 03 November 2014
