Gutes Hotel in der Münchner Innenstadt in Super-Lage, direkt neben an S-Bahn-Station (1/2 Stunde zum Flughafen), vom Preisniveau her annehmbar (im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmer nicht zur Hauptstraße auch annehmbar ruhig, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Bomben-Frühstück.
Service-Personal am Empfang etwas ineffizient, lange Schlangen beim Check-in/-out zu den Hauptzeiten (morgens und ab 15 Uhr).

Good location close to the center. Underground directly available from the hotel. Big garage at disposal of guests it 'a a plus in a big city as Munich. Professional and kind people at the reception. But the prossima finished here. Cleaning in the rooms not perfect. Restaurant present but used only for breakfast. Breakfast that can be a nightmare when, and was my case, the hotel is almost full. Hundreds of people take breakfast and only 3 persons to clean up and set the tables for new coming guests, the just half an hour to take a seat! After you have a seat you need to try.....to eat something......but take your time fast breakfast are not possible. You 're in the line at the Coffee machine (very bad quality Coffee......) because milk is finished.......but time of teaction from the back are not fast.....if you try to get some croissant or bread or anything else you can wait also 15 minutes before somebody comes from the back to bring something. There were 6 jars of jams on display in the centre of the restaurant.....completely empty and empty remained for all the time......1hr and 20 minutes necessary for my under average breakfast. Unbelievable. At the check-out I told about this experience and with kindness was immediately discounted my bill of minibar, but by the prompt reaction and automatic discount proposed I thought that probably I wasn't the first guest that claimed over the Service. But I prefer pay totally my bill but have a good Service by the hotel.
