Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old and dirty Dirty outside and on the balcony. Air conditioner would not turn on. The room phone did not work our entire 4 day stay even after they "fixed" it. The outlets for cell phone chargers and sleep machines only work when the light switch also is left on all night so it was not dark. The tub barely would drain. Charge for internet of 7 euros per day. Could not get the TV to work properly. You also have to pay for the internet in the business center. Etc. Etc. 27 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Seminar -Essen war sehr gut und Zimmer sauber. Fitnessraum ist leider zu klein und nur ein Laufband. Schwimmbad ebenfalls zu klein um vernünftig Strecken zu schwimmen. Sauna/Dampfbad ist ok. Es ist zwar einiges vorhanden aber leider zu klein. 21 October 2014

Morgens waren wir trotz des Wiesn-Besuchs am Vorabend gut ausgeruht und konnten unseren Geschäftstermin konzentriert wahrnehmen. Gegenüber dem Erstbesuch im Frühsommer waren die Übernachtungsgebühren zur Wiesn-Zeit erheblich teurer. 14 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall OK, WIFI needs scale up We stayed with a small delegation at the hotel for a working meeting prior to a client meeting. At the same time there was a larger meeting of it seems some sale force at the hotel - all was organized quite well but when it came to internet access the Hote WIFI was totally unreliable. If in one minute you happen to receive a slot, you were thrown out in the next minute. It was not possible to join Web TCs or to work via VPN. This needs hotel IT attention as this should be standard, especially if this is charged extra! Besides this - comfortable stay, food was good, service orientated staff! 13 October 2014
