However gift shop should be bigger and pool service should be improved ( bar at the pool will be convenient, more facilities perhaps toys for the children)) . 17 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great welcome After a long horrible flight I was welcomed by Mostafa and his team. I spend a lot of time in hotels and have never had a better experience with checking into a hotel. Very personal, yet professional and concerned with me having an restful stay in their care. It was the personal attention to my well being that made me feel like I was in a home rather than a hotel. The rooms are new, clean and well appointed. There was a little bit of road noise but I threw on my ipad and had a sleep in a comfortable bed. Overall the hotel itself is very quiet. I could easily work in my room. I had breakfast, it was a better than average buffet but the service again was way above average. My server was more concerned with seating me than my room number. They gave me a pot of tea which allowed me to relax knowing I wasn't going to be forced out quickly. Food was fresh and well presented. All the service staff was pleasant and made eye contact and smiled. The dining room was bright, new and clean. I met with clients in the lobby, while the meeting was informal and impromptu the staff still made sure we were taken care of. Overall it has been one of my best experiences with life away from home. I really appreciate all the people that made it that way. 29 August 2014
