Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Stay for 2days First stay at Chelsea was a lovely stay with an great room. This stay was below average. Tiny Tiny hallway to get to room then had to squeeze to get luggage into room. Privacy curtain were attached to the wall and not able to be drawn at night, so only the sheer curtains covered the windows with apartments right out the window. Was relaxing in room with the "do not disturb" card on door when a housekeeper knocked and tried to open the door. Thankful that I had the door stopper. This did not make me feel safe about my belongings or even feel safe leaving my room unattended! I went right downstairs and spoke with the FD associate who immediately called the Housekeeping manager. I did receive many apologies, hopefully it has been settled for other guests. April 18, 2016

The only thing I would like to have changed from my stay was there was no safe in my room for me to lock up our tablets and laptop, so we had to carry them with us at all times rather than leave them locked up in the room. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Small rooms, great location This hotel is really what you'd expect. Clean, comfortable, located pretty close to the Flatiron District and Chelsea, near several subway stops. It's a Manhattan hotel, so real estate is scarce. The room was about the size of the king(!) sized bed, with little room to place a suitcase, and a very small bathroom. It would have been difficult to fit two suitcases in the room and still be able to maneuver around, but the bed was comfortable, the bath products were great (Bath and Body Works), and hot water quickly arrives in the shower. I was surprised at how many channels were available on the TV. Also, the room had a fantastic view of One World Trade Center. I'd definitely consider staying here again, either for work or personal travel, given the price. April 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Living in the City I live part time in New York City. When I'm there, i stay at the Holiday Inn Chelsea. Besides being very convenient to where I work, I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. In a way, they have created a family atmosphere for me and that adds a level of comfort when I'm away from home. If you can, get a north-facing room. The view of the Empire State Building is spectacular. April 15, 2016

Petit hic, dans les langues parlées, il est noté "Français", mais ce n'était pas du tout le cas. On a tout de même réussi à se comprendre. April 14, 2016
