This was a real pleasure , staying 30 plus nights a year at hotels gives me plenty to compare this holiday Inn with other places. No one can hold a candle to this facility, food , beverage , clean rooms and very attentive staff . Danny and the crew at the bar were the best. , I truly can say this was a 5 star experience.

Nicely appointed room with very comfortable bed, pillows and towels. Free Wi-FI and 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Highly recommended for those needing to fly out of Newark.

Considering I was in a hurry to find a place to stay due to a cancelled flight, this was a great choice. The taxi had trouble finding it.

Big ALOHA and praise to the wonderful front reception staff and shuttle bus drivers for their display of hospitality and service to their valued guests. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped. THE REASON FOR THE AVERAGE STAFF/SERVICE SCORE IS BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANT STAFF/SERVICE.
Restaurant experience was not good . On the menu it clearly stated that a 15% tip would be included in the bill, this is regardless of the type of service (good or bad) the server provides to its patrons (labor union issue?). From a service standpoint, the servers may not provide the best possible service to their patrons as they know they will automatically receive the tip as it is already included in the food bill.
Overall, nice property and service with the exception of the restaurant staff.
Sent letter to the GM regarding my experience soon after my return home and unfortunately no response.
