One general moan from me (not just at this hotel or this chain) - US hotels have to realise that they will get visitors from all over the world - let's have some international TV channel availability please! This is even more relevant at international airports. 15 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 24 Hour Shuttle Service, Clean. Returning from a trip abroad and got stuck in Newark for the night. I was exhausted and needed a place to rest in a horizontal position. I slept well. It was nice to take a glass of red wine up to the room. 08 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by my two nights in new jersey i recently needed to stay in a hotel in northern new jersey for two nights. i chose holiday inn over their competition because of its convenience to all of the major highways, I-95 and the new jersey turnpike. my room was very clean, appeared to have been recently redecorated and provided a very pleasing environment. what i found to be unacceptable was the room's internet connection. pages would not load and i needed to refresh pages [F5] multiple times before the page would appear. i did a speed test at a reputable website and found that at best my download speed barely reached 3 mbps. this is unacceptable in today's market. i was also surprised that when i booked the room using the advertised internet price breakfast was not included and was ala carte. 08 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, easy access to airport This was a short stay, just the night before the flight back home. Excellent location and great service. Although the room was small and the bathroom needed better lighting, the room was clean, modern and comfortable for its purpose. This is not my first time at a Holiday Inn, but as always I can recommended their chain. 06 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, terrible restaurant Staff don't care about their jobs at all in the restaurant. The tip is included in the bill regardless of the quality of service, so they have no motivation to provide good service. The food regularly took over 30 minutes (45-an hour) to leave the kitchen, and servers would either forget or ignore me completely. The rest of the hotel is great, but the restaurant completely killed it for me. 04 April 2015
