Close to airport, convenient shuttle that takes you to the sky train. Easy to jump onto the Sky train to get to the airport or alternatively to take NJ transit into the City.

When booking the description induced me to think that the hotel was 'inside' EWR airport, and it isn't.
It's impossible to walk to the hotel, it's not that far, but the road/side walk is blocked to pedestrians.

Hotel was very good. My girlfriend and I stayed overnight after attending a concert in NYC, and we had a good experience. The rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. If returning to the area, I would definitely stay again.

H. I. was a great one night stand. Fast easy transport to Newark Airport. Friendly, helpful staff and manager. I'll go again. (And the food and drink was great, too)

Booked this location to stay while in town for a customer visit. Clean room and friendly staff. Would recommend this location to stay while in the Newark area.

We were extremely happy with our visits in September 2014. We stopped on our way to a family wedding in the area, and then about a week later on our way back home. Each time, the staff was very helpful, the airport shuttle was convenient, the restaurant was terrific for both the breakfasts and dinners we had there. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area .

Needed to deal with management, who was rude-both Steven (GM) and Gerald (front end manager). Would NEVER stay here again. Room was released, mistruths about "a phone call was made to you". Was told by Gerald during check in the 7-8pm hour, if we did not take the room they had available "you can find another room elsewhere". During a phone conversation with the GM (Steven), I was told "if you do not go by what I say, I will end this phone call, is that what you want?". This is just a few of the examples of how they treat their customers at this location. In fact, Gerald blamed IHG customer service for booking a room "that never existed". Will NEVER stay at this location again and would NEVER recommend this location!
