Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall is a good one Nice refurbished room on the ground floor, even though the hotel was busy the room noise was minimum. The lumpy tired mattress and the noise from the new heating unit let the room down. Otherwise there is nothing else bad to say about the place. 22 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay Room, Staff On the last stay I think I was in a room which needed refurbishment, I have stayed in Exec rooms and new refurbished rooms which are of a higher standard than the one I was in this time. The only comment I have regarding the refurbished rooms is that they are now shower only and I prefer a bath. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. When I have used conference services the lunch the last time was not at all good, poor choice of sandwiches. 20 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Room Poor Gym, Pool I stayed 1 night for Business. My room was nice and looked newly refurbished. I had a twin room (2 king beds). In room there were 2 issues for me. 1) there is an A/C unit that is for heating and cooling but when on heating it is noisy with a fan running loud. I could hear adjacent rooms with this noise. The noise meant I either had to turn up the TV volume or be cold. Adjacent room opted for load TV unfortunately. 2) the TV has a bright blue led clock which you cannot switch off. The power for the TV is hidden and the TV is fixed to the wall. This was so bright I had to hang a towel over the TV to make the room dark. Reception was friendly 20 March 2015
