Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable stay I liked the fact that there was a sink outside the toilet facilities area. And it was roomy with a nice seating area to accomodate 4 people easily. It was clean and felt safe, we even had a view of the falls from our room. 17 December 2014

Value such as free parking, friendly staff, package deals with excellent food and conveniently located. All important when on a budget. 10 December 2014

Very close proximity to the Casino- friendly staff and pool facilities- the bar area is very comfortable and warm. 10 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No privacy I did not call for any room service but the house keeping staff kept opening the room door using their access key. It happened three times on check out day when I was sleeping. I had a slide lock on that's why they couldn't come in. They should have had come after the check out time for room cleaning but apparently a guest privacy means nothing to them. I brought this issue to front desk attention. The lady did not understand the inconvenience and started arguing with me and said it is your responsibility to keep your privacy. I had both locks on and that’s pretty much it a guest can do for their privacy. But how can I stop someone opening the door using the access key? The lady was so rude and confrontational. It was extremely disappointing to receive such a horrible service from a reputed Hotel like Holiday Inn. Now I feel that I paid so much money for one night just for this grief. 05 December 2014
