I would not recommend this property to anyone. I have been asked to switch to IHG for work purposes, I will be having a meeting with those responsible to review this request urgently. I needed to use room service on both nights that I was at the hotel, I can only say that it was warm, and a blend of protein and carbohydrate. The fact that the internet speed precluded my being able to work as it was archaically slow, meant that I regretted my decision to eat in and carry on working. I knew that I was to busy, which is why I booked a suite, so it felt less like a hotel and more comfortable. The room lacked any pictures/art, and thus any personality, and it's drabness added to the despair that it exuded from every stained inch.
I have a night booked at another of the IHG properties, If it as bad, we won't be using them again.

This was probably the worst experience I had at a Holiday Inn.
The check in was very slow, the wifi speed was almost non existant, the food was pretty average and the checkout was a total nightmare with the staff saying they couldn't print a VAT receipt with my business address!

Not a great example of a Holiday Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it was very noisy until early morning. The bar area was cramped and the service was pretty awful. The food was a little expensive, nothing amazing but perfectly OK.
