Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a great stay I stay at this hotel for the excellent customer service I reveive not the rooms, they're looking slightly tired. However the service is the best you'll get. Food is great, always fantastic we never get a duff meal, another work collegue stays at the hotel as well, so obviously we have dinner together, as a result because we stay there so often we can now change the menu round to suit, nothing is a problem for the dinning room staff. All in all a great place to stay, friendliest hotel I've stayed in. 24 March 2015

We booked inclusive breakfast and dinner and were really pleased with the quality of the food. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit too warm on the first night. That is the only negative thing I can say as the rest was excellent. 19 March 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor example of a Holiday Inn I booked a night at this hotel (using my reward points) to give my wife a night off. I stay in Holiday Inn's a lot with work and am an IHG Gold Member, however unfortunately the standards at this hotel are well below par and it was a complete disaster. The so called executive room we were given was a twin and not a double as requested, was incredibly small and cramped being significantly smaller than the standard rooms I am used to. it was also rather shabby with broken lights and cracked lampshades, marked walls and even a plastic cover on the mattress presumably in case I am incontinent. The TV did not work at all and they were unable to fix it, and the wifi in the hotel is pretty much useless. Even upgrading the 'superfast broadband' gave 0.1mb connection when it worked and I would have been more successful using carrier pigeons to deliver information. We ordered room service which arrived in less than 15minutes, and was stone cold - leaving me to deduce it had been for someone else or a recycled previous mistake. I complained at the desk but there was never a manager available to speak to, and when at check out I was promised a manager would call me later it never happened. 18 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service in great location Overall good service, the staff are excellent and the facilities are good. The food is fine however if your a frequent visitor the menu gets a little bit boring. The hotel is within an easy walk of Crick village if your looking for some variety. My biggest bug with the hotel is that the standard internet speed is far too slow. In this day and age fast broadband should be the standard 10 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OVERALL EXPERIENCE I stayed at this hotel on 2nd and 3rd or March this year. I have stayed here severl times and it is now time for this hotel to have a complete overhall. It is always busy, but that is becasue of its locations for business travellers and their is no other choice of hotel in the atrea. The hotel is tired and the furniture, carpets, and lamps in the rooms need renewing. I found the food bland and during a vold evenign there was cold air coming through the air conditioning/heating system. The staff at the front desk however were very polite. Greet you with a smile, efficient check in and complimentary water. The gym facilities are adequate foe the size of the hotel and generally clean and tidy. 07 March 2015
