Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant One Night Stay Our stay for one night was associated with a wedding. Our stay was pleasant enough and all was fine with one exception. As part of the wedding people in attendance, and so identifying ourselves, the front desk should have given us the gift bag prepared by the bride and groom. I only found this out when I asked my son, the groom, about the Sunday breakfast arrangements, and he told me the info was in the gift bag that I should have received upon check in. I later found out I wasn't the only one who this happened to. We did finally get the gift bags, but this was on Sunday morning, instead of our Saturday check in. 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by staying at Orangeburg Holiday Inn Barbara and George at the desk took care of all my stay needs and then some - from changing my room when it smelled like cigarettes, to giving me tips on how to catch buses, trains, and what local attractions/restaurants are in the area. Jay was great at getting me to my meetings/jobs before I needed to be there so I could prepare. All 3 were very professional in providing true customer service. 22 February 2015
