干净, 整洁, 价格合理, 晚餐服务也非常到位, 菜品也不��, 但是遗憾的是当要求没有提供免费房间上网服务, 前台服务人员拒绝了我的要求, 也许她并不知道我是会员.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting Oxford and going to the theatre. Did not want to drive home late and wanted to be able to have a drink. Hotel was fine for our purpose and I had stayed here two years ago with my husband for the same reason.
The staff were, without exception, helpful and most charming (and not one of them English, of course!)
We thought £3.25 quite expensive for a mug of tea, in the bar, on arrival.
We arrived too early in the morning to be checked in, so we finally checked in at about 22.45. We got to our room to find that instead of a twin, which was booked and confirmed, we had a family room, with one of us expected to sleep on a bed settee.
The hotel was full that night and we were too tired to go back, protest and move so we decided to put up with it.
One of the parties staying was a, perhaps under 9, football team, on tour. They spent the rest of the evening running up and down the corridor, in and out of bedrooms and had almost made it impossible for us to exit the lift as they surged in (we had to ask them to let us out!!).
The following morning, there was only one person on duty behind the breakfast buffet. He was trying, unsuccessfully, to fry eggs and serve them whilst keeping all the other items fully stocked. He failed, needless to say!! I felt very sorry for him but it was very aggravating for the customers trying to get their meal.
For a hotel of their size it would have been much better to have two toasters as well, as there was such a wait for toast, whilst clutching rapidly cooling fried eggs etc., that the aggravation racked up another notch!
In view of all of these niggling things, we felt we might have been better to save money and just have stayd in the Travel Lodge opposite, where the experience would. It have been so very different!!
We did ask about the room when we checked out and were told that it was a twin on the system and that the receptionist would 'talk to reservations' about it. We also mentioned that two chefs would have been better in a full hotel,

Stayed at the hotel for a romantic break. Found the staff to be very friendly and professional in all areas of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. As my wife is a vegetarian, it would have been nice to have a slightly greater choice on the menu, but apart from that overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.
