Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, clean and convenient. Everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was a step up from the usual re-heated omlettes and eggs that are served at most hotels. Nothing else stands out, which is a good thing! If nothing sticks in my mind, it must have been a smooth, comfortable visit. September 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff and great service I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and kind. The only problem I had was with the food. I will stay there, but I cannot eat there. Breakfast was greasy and the eggs were wet. I did not eat the buffet breakfast. I ordered from the menu and was shocked to see the slop they served me. The night before I ordered room service and the food came cold. Other than that, the staff was great. They MUST hire a good chef. September 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff I stay here 3-4 times a week for work. I keep coming back because of the staff. Staff is super friendly. I enjoy hanging our at the bar with Liz and Amy. They are awesome. Rooms are ok. New management has taken over. I have mix feeling. The juror is still out. Breakfast is decent. Karina usually works the morning breakfast shift. She is awesome. Dinner menu is OK. I am part of the special corp rates. We get dinner included. The menu for those rates used to be bigger. The menu is now shorter. I'm not happy about that. August 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room Room was clean, and tidy as expected, but the AC was not running when I got there. However, this wasn't a big deal since it wasn't that hot inside (it was over 100 outside) and the AC cooled the room down quickly. The TV kept going in and out of service (black screen) every couple minutes, but I did not bring it up to the hotel staff as I didn't use the TV much. I'm sure they would've given me another room if I had asked. I've been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 2 years and the staff remembered me even though I hadn't been back in 4 months. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and are not overbearing. All in all, the best place to stay at while you're in Palmdale. August 30, 2015
