C'est un peu ecoeurant a 6 heures du matin... EN TANT QU'ARCHITECTE, JE RECOMMANDE: UN EXTRACTEUR PUISSANT DEVRAIT ETRE INSTALLE SUR LA CUISINIERE POUR BLOQUER L'ODEUR ET LES FUMEES DE SORTIR DE LA SALLE A MANGER, PASSER A LA RECEPTION ET MONTER AUX ETAGES... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Piacevole soggiorno La mia prima esperienza in un hotel Holiday Inn; accoglienza cordiale, camera piuttosto piccola, ma pratica ed essenziale, mi ha colpito la pulizia impeccabile e la praticità, forse manca un appendiabiti. L'ambiente risulta piacevolmente caldo, comunque la temperatura si può regolare in modo autonomo.Colazione forse un pò misera, ma di buona qualità, i tavoli un pò piccoli, gentilissima la responsabile del servizio colazione. Veloce sia il check in che il check out senza nessun problema. Non ho avuto problemi con la connessione wi fi. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti, negozi, un caratteristico mercato di domenica, ma soprattutto a pochi passi l'ingresso della metropolitana. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza da consigliare. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor customer service, NO Internet and NO recognition at all for My loyalty as Platinum IHG member I had a horrible check-in experience at this hotel. The staff didn't treat me as an IHG loyal member and didn't recognise me as part of this. I asked why i was not upgraded but he said that the hotel was full, even though this was clearly not the case as seen during my stay and on the website room availability. Not sure why he lied to me but this was very unprofessional. There was no Internet for over 3 days which means that I had to roam through my phone and at high cost as i had to do some work... They kept saying that an engineer would come but it lasted over 3 days - beyond a joke! so i gave up on this! Once the Internet connexion was restored, the signal was very poor and it was real slow!! The room i was given was very standard. I was very disappointed with this experience and attitude of the hotel staff as this doesn't match my experiences with other IHG hotels across the world... we are meant to be treated as "special" but i felt i was more treated like "ZERO". There were no benefits at all in being a member of IHG Rewards. The hotel is very basic and from the bad experiences I have had with them I would not recommend it!!! January 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, good location, bad breakfast The hotel is lovely, good location, nice size rooms and bathrooms for a Paris Hotel, and the security on the windows is nice to be able to have them open a little bit for fresh air. The hotel is really let down by the breakfast, not only the poor quality and variety, but the service or lack of it. Staff are more interested welcoming each other as they come in for a coffee, than serving the guests the same. The pastry is terrible for France standards, and after only 1 morning I went next door to the lovely fresh items. January 18, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay The hotel is easily accessible via the subway. l like my morning stroll and the hotel is ideally located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Hotel staffs were well groomed, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We could see the eiffel tower from our room and the view was spectacular when the lights were turn on during the evenings.
